The Gymflix application now becomes your daily partner. Whatever your personal objectives, your sport and well-being application adapts according to your level and your performance. It allows us to adapt in real time to your needs and difficulties and to help you remotely achieve your objectives, even the most complex. ACHIEVE YOUR SPORTS, WELL-BEING AND NUTRITION GOALS Different features will allow you to follow your progress: In your application, you can access your dashboard. Get back in shape, create your sports routine, lose belly fat, work on your cardio, do muscle strengthening, take up sport, feel good in your body, for all these goals. Gymflix supports you through various training programs, which you can do at home, outdoors, in the gym, with equipment and with body weight. Each exercise is explained with an explanatory video (more than 500 video exercises) of the movement, the number of repetitions to do, the load to use as well as the rest time to take. You can add sports and nutritional programs to your schedule yourself. On the other hand, you will also have access, in your session, to a load calculator and you will have the possibility of adding notes so that your coach can find out about your progress, your feelings and your difficulties. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Thanks to the statistics monitoring module, analyze your evolution and your progress in the short, medium and long term (change in weight, BMI, calories/carbohydrates/lipids/macronutrients/proteins consumed) allow Gymflix to follow you and challenge yourself to continue your efforts. APPLE HEALTH Personalize your experience by connecting Apple HealthKit for fitness tracking. NOTE: The application does not create any data. The subscription is automatically renewed if it is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription. Your account will be billed for the next subscription period up to 24 hours before the current subscription expires.
