## What is GymFlow?

Log every set in seconds. Follow a plan that actually fits your week. See your strength climb, and see exactly which muscles you have been skipping.

GymFlow is a workout tracker for people who lift and want the numbers to mean something.

LOG A WORKOUT WITHOUT LOOKING UP
Tap through your sets with reps and weight, with what you lifted last time sitting on the
same row. Ticking a set starts the rest timer for you. Adjust it, skip it, or
set a different rest per exercise. Add a note mid-set, skip an exercise, reorder them, or
drop in something you did not plan for. Personal records get caught as you log them.

PLANS, NOT GUESSWORK
Start from a proven split: Full Body, Upper/Lower or Push/Pull/Legs, each with its own
weekly frequency and training level. Or build your own plan day by day. Set default sets,
reps, weight and rest per exercise so a workout starts already filled in. Your active plan
drives the home screen, so you always know whether today is a training day or a rest day.

THE MUSCLE MAP
A heat map of your own body, front and back, filling in as you train. Switch between a
week, a month, a quarter or all time. Ranked muscles show what is getting volume. The
untrained list shows what is quietly being skipped. Tap any muscle for its sets, volume and
the exercises that hit it.

PROGRESS WORTH READING
Per-exercise charts for top set and total volume. Personal records. Full workout history
with per-session adherence: how much of the plan you really completed, not just that you
showed up. Weekly and all-time totals for workouts, volume, sets and time, your current
week streak, and a consistency grid of every day you trained.

BODY WEIGHT
Log weigh-ins against a trend line, set a target, and track your change, weekly rate,
average, high and low.

AN EXERCISE LIBRARY THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF
Search by name, muscle group or equipment. Every exercise carries its instructions, the
muscles it targets primarily and secondarily, and related movements to swap in. Favourite
the ones you keep coming back to.

BUILT TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY
Works offline. Every set saves on your phone first and syncs to your account when you
are back. Sign in with Apple or Google. Kilograms or pounds, with your own +/- increment.
Light, dark, or follow your system.
