The app doesn’t work , new system they have put in place to stop people from sharing access, has now simply stop all people from even getting into the gym. Come up with a new system or this gym is going out of business fast

This app is complete trash…if you get a new phone it locks you out with no option but to pay for a one day pass regardless of your membership. You need a degree is cryptography to find what you need in it.

If you contact your club they will be able to reset your access to allow you to use a new phone, this is a limitation to prevent the sharing of logins/access which unfortunately is quote common without this protection.

### 2/5 — Good Potential. Poor Execution.

This app has everything it needs, but in a non-user-friendly way. What led me to write this review is how tucked away the ability to access the gym door is. Like once you have your membership set-up, access to the gym is really the only other reason I need to use the app. Like, make that part one of the options at the bottom of the screen. As the title reads, good potential but poorly executed app. Little tweaks will get it there.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, I'm please to say you can now find the option to setup your access on the home screen as well as the option to favorite your gyms door to the home screen for easy access.

We've also revamped the profile page to make account management section easier, hopefully this improves your experience!

### 1/5 — I can’t access my gym while my subscription active!!!

I got sick for a few weeks, and the app was working fine until i recovered and opened the app.  it signed me out!!! and i signed back in and It said to update my profile and It won’t let me save it, until i cancel my subscription. So i try to cancel my subscription then it says “error” cannot cancel rn. So please fix that because im paying for a membership that i cannot access the gym too!!!

I am struggling to figure out how to get my membership cancelled and get my refund. The app refused to let me take my card off so I was charged for a gym I no longer go to.

Unfortunately the option to cancel your membership in our app is at the discretion of the gym you signed up, we encourage all owners to make this available if its not available its due to the gyms decision not ours.

I don’t usually write reviews but this app has been great. Booking classes, managing my membership, topping up credits, etc has all been super intuitive and easy. 

My previous gym had an app as well but it never did what I needed and I always ended up having to speak with a staff member. This has been so much better! If your gym supports it, definitely get the app and save your self a lot of time and hassle.

Unfortunately unable to access information about my gym membership. I found the app frustrating to navigate and a bad user experience.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback J.Todz. You can find information about your membership from the Profile > Membership tab.

There you will see which plan you are on, how much, all the billing information and you can update your card on file if needed.

Could do with the ability to report feedback in-app.

Should be able see position in the waiting list and have the option to remove yourself from the waiting list with no charge.

(Might be club specific and I don’t ever plan on cancelling late) but I noticed it costs more to cancel a late booking than just to not show up… doesn’t incentivise people to cancel beforehand if they aren’t going to turn up.

Works well apart from the above.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, we have fixed the bug that was charging you to remove yourself from the waitlist and we have added seeing your waitlist position to the roadmap. 

Regarding cancellation fees, these are set by the business so we are not able to change.
