## What is GymGate?

GymGate makes skipping the gym harder than going.

Pick the apps that eat your time, social media, games, whatever pulls you in, and GymGate locks them until you leave home for the gym. The moment you head out, they unlock. Come home, they lock again. Your phone finally works for your goals instead of against them.

HOW IT WORKS
• Choose the apps to block using Apple's built-in Screen Time controls, private and secure.
• Set your home zone. GymGate detects when you leave for training and unlocks automatically.
• Track every session: duration, focus time, streaks, points and personal records.
• Stay accountable with friends, see who's training and climb the weekly leaderboard.

WHY GYMGATE
• Real accountability, not just another reminder you'll ignore.
• Build a streak you won't want to break.
• Compete with friends and stay consistent together.
• Your data stays yours, app selections never leave your device.

Show up. Lock in. Train for good.
