What's New in Gymgress App

1.2.5

Goals that fit you: pick a main goal and a subgoal (like getting stronger while losing weight). Paces and targets scale from your own numbers, and endurance goals work for any distance and any activity. Ready for a PR? Your goal card shows your real max next to what your training says you can do, for squat, bench and deadlift separately, and tells you when it's time to go for a PR single or a time trial. Choose the rule: a small margin, reaching your goal, or your own percentage. Goal widgets: your goal and subgoal on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Tap the dots to flip between them and S · B · D to switch lifts, or stack Main Goal and Subgoal and swipe. Activities: log any cardio or sport, timed live or just finished. Accurate GPS distance and pace on runs, walks and rides, even with your phone locked, and calories that follow how far you actually move. Share them with photos, just like a workout. Smart scale data from Apple Health: weight and body fat move your goal progress automatically, with a color scale showing where your body fat sits. Apple Watch workouts import as activities. Sharper estimated maxes from your latest session, tuned to how you lift once you log PR singles. Turn on Est. 1RM in Workout settings to see it live. Gyms set themselves up: your first workout is saved to your gym, and when you train somewhere new Gymgress offers to add it so machine numbers are compared gym to gym. Also: weekly stats reset on Sunday, warm-up, drop, failure and PR single sets, supersets, plate +/- buttons, message requests, workouts finished offline count for the right day, a buzz when rest is over, a Done bar over the keyboard and Reduce Motion support.
