## What is GymGrove?

GymGrove is a workout tracker with a plan built in. Answer a few questions and get a complete training plan for your goal, days and equipment, or build your own routines from scratch. Then log every set and watch the weights go up.

START WITH A PLAN

- Tell GymGrove your goal, how many days you train and what you have to train with. It builds a full plan with days, exercises, sets and rep ranges, and puts it on your home screen.
- Prefer your own program? Build routines once and run them whenever you train. On iPad, keep the exercise catalog open beside the routine you are building.
- Choose from hundreds of exercises with anatomical illustrations, or add your own.

LOG THE WORK

- Keep your rest timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and log your next set without reopening the app.
- Mark warm-up sets as warm-ups so they stay out of your progress.
- Set notes, rep ranges and weight increments for each exercise.
- Share a workout card or a sticker for your story when you finish.

SEE THE WORK ADD UP

- A body heat map of what you actually trained.
- Weight and volume over time for every exercise.
- Weekly sets by muscle group.
- Body weight and body fat from the scale data your scale writes to Apple Health.

TRAIN FROM YOUR WRIST

Start a workout on your iPhone and it appears on your Apple Watch. Confirm sets, adjust rest, switch exercises or finish from your wrist. GymGrove records heart rate and active energy, and holds on to your taps when your phone is out of range so a dropped connection never costs you a set.

PROGRESSION THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF

- Rate a set Easy, Medium or Hard, or skip it. Reps rise within your range first, then the weight goes up and reps reset.
- Effort alone never adds weight. You also have to hit your target reps on every working set.
- Every suggestion explains itself in one line: "↑ 5 lb — you said easy last time."
- Coming back after time away? GymGrove offers your last weight unchanged and tells you how long it has been.

GYMGROVE PRO

Your first generated plan, your own routines, logging, history and charts are all part of GymGrove. Pro adds the ability to customize a generated plan, build a new one whenever your training changes, and re-plan around a new schedule. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, with prices shown in the app.

Get a plan. Log the work. See what comes next.

GymGrove is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. Its suggestions are arithmetic over your own sets.

5 stars, no question. Been using this app less then 1 month but it’s honestly become part of my routine, the workout variety keeps things from getting stale and I actually look forward to checking my progress each week. Syncs fine with my watch too, no complaints there.
