My favorite part is the automatic goal creation and tracking. I find myself actively pushing to beat my goal, instead of just tracking my progress.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. There are fitness influencer workouts that you can copy if you are new like me, AI calorie tracking,  and the workout statistics are insightful.
