*讓新手快速上手*是我們健身時代的目標！

健身時代希望讓每個人，進來時，都能享受健身的快樂。出去時，都能成為更好的自己。

因此，我們場館的教練有專業的證照，可提供量身打造的訓練規劃，目標是讓會員在3~6個月之間，看見自己身體和精神明顯的改變。

場館擁有挑高六米的寬敞通風運動空間，提供肌力訓練，自由重量及有氧等器材，以及能量BAR提供多種口味的乳清飲品。
場館內還有獨立的私人教學區，除了增肌減脂，還有拳擊、TRX、壺鈴等課程教學，讓訓練更有趣。
場館提供Inbody體脂肪測量器，會員可透過科學數據記錄成長軌跡。
