• Plan your personal workouts or full classes in advance—everything ready in one tap
• Share timers with athletes and trainers instantly using simple links
• Save workouts to your library for quick access
• Control your timer from Apple Watch—completely hands-free
• Smart audio sync keeps your music and timer cues perfectly aligned
• Connect multiple Bluetooth heart rate monitors and track performance in real time
• Set custom heart rate zones for better training feedback
• Control multiple timers across your gym at the same time
• Run different workouts simultaneously for group training
• Reliable Bluetooth control with no line-of-sight limitations

### 5/5 — Overall great, but lacks visual cues

*2026-08-24, version 6.0.10*

Great options for customization. Could benefit from the addition of visual cues (e.g., screen flashing, or something else noticeable without staring at the screen) to signal interval changes, as an alternative to strictly auditory cues. This would help the hearing impaired and those of us using the app in places where sounds are problematic.

### 1/5 — Glitchy

*2026-08-08, version 6.0.10*

Newest version is slow and glitchy

### 3/5 — No more rep counter

*2026-06-25, version 6.0.7*

Just a regular timer app now. After the big update they removed the rep counter feature. That was the best standout feature of this timer. Nothing special
Or different now.

### 1/5 — New app is unsable

*2026-06-05, version 6.0.5*

So you set up a timer and leave the room while it’s running. Everything goes hay wire the timer resets and just starts beeping continuously

So you set up a timer and try to build another while that is running. How about we just shutdown your current timer without warning while you try to run another in the background.

This app update only rivals Sonos distres disastrous update in its ability to ruin a perfectly good solution. I have invested so much in this platform over the past 10 years. I can’t run my gym this way so it might be time to go

### 4/5 — Updates

*2026-06-02, version 6.0.5*

I really like some of the updates and some not so much.
My biggest complaint is that you can’t revise your previously used timers. After you spend five minutes setting up a mixed interval timer and realize you made a mistake part way through the workout, you have to re set up the whole thing mid workout.

### 1/5 — Trash-App Update Ruined Perfectly Good Product

*2026-05-29, version 6.0.5*

I use to recommend and love these clocks and app. Not anymore. I was finally forced to update to the latest version and it’s terrible. Very glitchy, not user friendly like before. No one asked for this update! And now a subscription for certain features. Give us the old version back.

### 1/5 — Update is terrible

*2026-05-27, version 6.0.5*

This app was Perfect before they went in and re-configured the entire app. Nothing was the same, colors, buttons, formats - all different. I dont even know how to turn off our clocks anymore at our gym with this new update. It’s complicated and over programmed. Prior to the update, everything was seemless, easy to navigate and easy to read. They did way too much, I wish there was a way to revert back to the original version.

### 1/5 — Not a good update

*2026-05-26, version 6.0.5*

We lost the ability to cast up the timer to bigger TV screen when we do sparring training. Now we need to pay to cast up. Very frustrating and disappointing of the developers update.

### 2/5 — Glitches

*2026-05-22, version 6.0.5*

Timer was working absolutely amazing i recommend it to all my trainer friends!! But ever since the update it has been horrible…Glitches every round stops in the middle of the countdown!! Please fix because i dont want to have to get a new timer I love this one!!

### 1/5 — Terrible Update

*2026-05-20, version 6.0.5*

The update for this app has been absolutely terrible. It worked incredibly well and was easy to use. This new update keeps restarting my timers, doesn’t allow a rest period after the final round like it used. No idea why they would change a good thing. TERRIBLE app compared to what it used to be
