## What is GymOps?

GymOps is the staff app for Twin Lakes Fitness and Burlington Fitness. It is the tool our team uses to run a shift, from clocking in to handing over to the next person.

WHAT STAFF USE IT FOR
• Clock in and out, with the app confirming you are at the club
• Work the shift checklist, so nothing gets missed on a busy day
• Leave notes for the next shift, with a photo when something needs showing
• Tag a colleague in a note and they get a push notification
• See your schedule, pick up open shifts, and offer up ones you cannot work
• Request time off and see where the request got to
• Check your own hours for the current pay period

WHAT MANAGERS USE IT FOR
• Build and publish the schedule across both clubs
• Review timecards and approve corrections
• Post announcements, including ones that require acknowledgement
• Track cleaning tasks and maintenance requests
• See attendance and coverage at a glance

SIGNING IN
Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID after the first time, so you are not typing a password on the gym floor between members.

GymOps is an internal tool for Twin Lakes Fitness and Burlington Fitness staff. Accounts are issued by a manager and there is no public sign-up, so the app is only useful to people who already work with us.
