## What is Gympit?

Your workout. Your progress. No distractions. Open Source.

GymPit is your straightforward companion for structured strength training—without ads and without an account.
Create personalized workout routines and track weights, repetitions, set types, RPE, rest times, equipment settings, and personal notes. Your workout history shows how your training volume, personal records, and performance develop over time.
What GymPit offers:
• Custom routines and exercises
• Precise workout and set tracking
• Rest timer and Live Activities
• Workout history, training volume, and personal records
• Optional Apple Watch support
• Export completed workouts to Apple Health
• CSV export of your workout data

Live Activities display your current set and remaining rest time directly on your Lock Screen.
Your workout data stays on your device by default. Connections to Apple Health, Huawei Watch, or Healthpit are only used when you choose to enable them.
