## What is GymRecall?

GymRecall is a gym tracker for lifters who already know their program and are tired of rebuilding it from memory every session.

Open an exercise and you see it straight away: what you lifted last time, how the machine was set up, and what you need to beat today. That is the whole promise, and mid-set it is the only thing that matters.

MACHINE MEMORY, NOT JUST NOTES
Most trackers bury your setup in a text note you have to dig out and decode. GymRecall keeps seat height, pin position, handle attachment and back pad number attached to the exercise itself, where you can always see them. Set it once and it is there every time.

EQUIPMENT-AWARE HISTORY
A leg press at one gym is not the same machine as a leg press at another. Most apps blend every "Leg Press" you have ever done into a single history, even when the brand, the gym and the whole feel were different. GymRecall keeps them apart, so the numbers on screen are the numbers for the machine in front of you.

BEAT TODAY'S TARGET
Every exercise shows a clear target based on your own last performance on that exact equipment. Not a generic program. Not a guess.

GYM LOCKER MEMORY
Never stand in the locker room trying to remember your combination again. Save your locker number, a note, a photo and the combination. The combination lives in the iOS Keychain, never in your workout data, and it never appears in an export.

WHO IT IS FOR
Lifters training three to six times a week who already understand progressive overload and just want their own history handled properly. GymRecall does not coach you, does not generate workouts, and does not tell beginners what to do.

FREE CORE, OPTIONAL PRO
The core is free with no time limit: unlimited logging, machine memory, current records, last-performance recall, Gym Locker Memory and raw export. Free history browsing shows your eight most recent workouts — nothing is ever deleted, and every set you have logged is always in your export. GymRecall Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual, that adds depth: progression charts covering up to 200 sessions per machine, a PR timeline checked against your whole history, longer per-exercise history, and unlimited saved setups, notes and favorites.

Your data is yours. Workout history, gym memory and locker details stay on your device. No accounts, no feed.
