Sort it out please. Apparently you don’t exist half the time. It’s definitely you not us! ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-02-15, version 3.4.2* This app has crashed so many times. I think every week I am sending a ticket request to fix the problem. Logs me out and then when I log in it says ‘server error’ so annoying when you’re trying to book a class. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-01-02, version 3.3.0* Can’t even configure the app to send a simple password reset link. Tried over 10 times to reset my password and have never received a reset link. ### 1/5 — Update is rubbish! *2024-11-25, version 3.2.6* This app was excellent. My phone auto updated to the new app on Friday. Tried to book a regular class with my gym this morning and won’t load at all! Keep getting an error message ‘failed to contact the server in a reasonable time’. It also says ‘you have no upcoming sessions this week’ even though I have 2 booked. Turned off phone and still the same, will delete app and download again to see if that fixes it but shouldn’t have to do this! ### 1/5 — Not Great *2020-08-08, version 2.1.7* The app doesn’t work and had to ring the gym to book a session because I keep getting a error message saying the gym has to authorise it. It is let down by glitches in log in and lack of back up customer service. If you forget your password. Please try again later. Not good if you need access to check in. GymInstructor isn’t much much good and lacks detail. I would of happily paid the monthly subscription if it was all sorted. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2020-01-27, version 2.1.7* I have been a member of my gym for 3 years and tried using this app so many times. I have to use the desktop version because the app has never let me log in. I have logged tickets with the support group and I was initially advised that the issue had been escalated but never heard back. Not fit for purpose. ### 1/5 — Reset password doesn’t work *2020-01-03, version 2.1.7* Never received a reset password link so locked out of account - no matter how many times I put the (correct) email in the app it won’t let me reset my password ### 2/5 — Not happy customers *2025-02-28, version 3.4.3* Was a good app, now customers having constant issues trying to book due to demand.
