## What is GymTable?

Lift with a plan, not a guess. GymTable is your gym plan sheet on iPhone and Apple Watch: every set, rep and load in one place, and it tells you when it's time to add weight.

BUILT FOR PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
• Double progression: hit the top of the rep range on every working set and GymTable suggests the next load.
• Warm-up, feeder, working and back-off sets, each with its own rep range and rest.
• Last time's reps and loads are pre-filled, so you just lift and tap.

A PLAN THAT FITS YOU
• A 3-minute assessment builds your first program: training history, technique, strength, schedule, goal and joint pain.
• Do any workout on any day, in any order. Machine taken? Skip the exercise and come back to it.
• Muscle map for every exercise, with a library of 48 movements.

APPLE WATCH AND APPLE HEALTH
• Start on iPhone and GymTable opens on your Watch to measure heart rate and calories.
• Every workout counts toward your Activity rings — with or without a Watch.
• Rest timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with a tap to log the next set.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Weekly volume, estimated 1RM and top-load charts per exercise.
• Medals for records, streaks and milestones.
• Plan sheet view of the whole workout, like the spreadsheet you used to carry.

YOUR COACH, LINKED
• Link with your coach using a 6-character code. Your coach sees your workouts, assessment, program and progress charts in a free web portal, and sends programs straight to your app.
• Nothing from Apple Health is shared. Unlink anytime and the shared data is deleted.

NUTRITION WITH YOLKHATCH
• Using YolkHatch, from the same makers? Your pet celebrates gym days with the workouts GymTable saves to Apple Health.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No ads, no analytics, no account. Your plan syncs through your own private iCloud; health information stays on your device.

GYMTABLE PRO
The free version includes the first 5 exercises of every workout. GymTable Pro unlocks every exercise in every workout and the on-device AI program suggestion.
• GymTable Pro (Monthly) — 1 month — $0.99 per month
