## What is GymTrack?

GymTrack is a workout planner and training log designed for people who want a clear history of what they do in the gym. From the main screen you can start a new workout in seconds, review the current week from Monday to Sunday, open any trained day and quickly add a session for that date.

The app also includes a full exercise library grouped by body part. You can add your own exercises with name, body part, optional default weight and comments, then open each exercise to review a chart of recent performance. The chart compares minimum and maximum weight across training days, helping you spot progression over the last 30 days.

When creating a workout, you can start from a saved template or build a new one. Each session supports multiple exercises, custom sets, reps, weight and notes. After saving, every day becomes a reliable record of your training routine, useful for consistency, progressive overload and better gym planning.
