If you are trying to work on floor music then this is not for you. It just gives you skills based off of your level and then asks you if you can do them or not. This was not what I was looking for.

I feel like this app could become quite a game changer for many coaches/athletes during training. I am still exploring the functionality of this app, but it seems new promising features are being implemented more and more, since I’ve discovered this. It might help me to remove some paper and force me to track things like physical ability testing in real-time vs transferring to digital later at home. I really like the routine builder function. Soon I hope to test out the real-time skill success tracking.
