Gym Trainer brings clients, trainers, and Fitness Managers together in one organized fitness application.

Clients can view upcoming sessions, follow assigned workouts, complete guided warmups and recovery activities, record exercise numbers, review completed workouts, and track nutrition and fitness information.

Trainers can manage clients, create and assign workouts, organize programs, schedule sessions, review client information, record assessment notes, and follow up on past appointments.

Fitness Managers can review trainer and client activity, session status, workout completion, ratings, contact requests, assessments, and operational reports.
