NEW • Door terminals — pair biometric and NFC readers to a branch, check their status, resync the member roster and review refused entries. • Member cards — assign NFC cards, see which are unassigned, and review a card's read history. • Reminder templates — write your own reminder wording with placeholders for the member's name, package and expiry, and see a preview before you send. • Receipts — print or share a receipt after a counter sale, carrying your gym's logo, and send it to the member on WhatsApp. • Check-in — rebuilt as one screen with scan, payment-check and device panels. DISCOUNTS AND SALES • Give a discount up to the full amount a package allows, instead of fixed steps. • Enter it as a percentage or as an amount off — the ceiling is shown both ways and the field will not let you go past it. • Sell a package at no charge where the package allows it. MEMBERS • A member holding only a registration or an add-on no longer counts as an active member. Active, Expiring and Expired now follow the package that opens the gym floor — the same rule the door uses. • Finished packages show as expired on the member's profile instead of sitting among their current ones. • Suspended members no longer appear under Active. • The client list carries the member ID beside the name, with expiry, last check-in and anything owed underneath. • Members with no photo now show an illustrated default. HOME • Expiring, Expired and Renewed — with a reminder button on every expiring or expired member. REPORTS • Attendance shows check-in and check-out times and how the member came in, instead of an amount and a payment status that never applied to a visit. • Canteen lists what was in each order. • Member status colours corrected — an active member no longer reads as a problem. FIXES • Canteen orders: a swipe now reveals Hand over or Cancel and waits for a tap.
