## Newest reviews (1 of 14)

### 1/5 — Dumb useless “upgrade”

*2026-02-17, version 109.82*

New mandatory app only lets me go to my account screen - nothing else. Updating my address is all I can do. Can’t book a class, can’t find the QR code they said I need. Nice job GYMVMT. Fail.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible UX

*2026-05-15, version 110.11*

The app is NOT user friendly, very slow, overall bad experience in comparison to the old app.

### 1/5 — Trash mandatory app

*2026-03-20, version 110.11*

Forcing people to install an app is an invasion of privacy

### 1/5 — Ea

*2026-03-01, version 109.82*

Very hard to navigate around

### 1/5 — Should be 0 stars

*2026-02-28, version 109.82*

New app doesn’t mean better …
It’s so bad. Marks you as a no-show when you were literally there, and the “progress” tab tracks app clicks and friend referrals? Sad to have to use this for the gym. Do better GYMVMT!

### 1/5 — Dysfunctional App.

*2026-02-28, version 109.82*

This new app is a downgrade from the previous app. There are no additional benefits to this app., and it was completely unnecessary. It is cumbersome to book classes as you must now scroll through a list to select the exact name of the class and you must also scroll through another list to select the instructor. And the instructors are only listed per location, so if you haven’t selected the right location you won’t find the instructor’s name. As well, this new app does not provide email confirmations or reminders of the classes you’ve booked.

### 1/5 — Why

*2026-02-26, version 109.82*

This app is unattractive, and the UX is garbage. It used to be so easy to see and book classes, because I could do it all at a glance. Now I have to scroll through a bunch of classes my locations don’t even offer, find the one I’m interested in, choose a day, and see if anything pops up. Why the hell would you make your app LESS useable??

### 1/5 — One of the worst experiences

*2026-02-24, version 109.82*

It’s super slow, does not seem to be very secure and was arbitrarily implemented

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2026-02-24, version 109.82*

It’s ridiculous to have to download an app to access a gym. This has poor customer interface and I hate being forced to use it

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-02-23, version 109.82*

Terrible upgrade. Unable to set reminders for booking sessions.

### 1/5 — Not even a proper native app

*2026-02-21, version 109.82*

UI ux is garbage. Feels like a pwa rather than an actual native app. Things are all over the place without proper user experience flow. All this grabage shoved down clients neck for "qr" scan is hilariously power Trip move.

Btw

Love driving for 20min and get to gym so I can stand by the door to set the app for 15mins like an idiot. Why lift weights when you can waste time setting up app. So fun.

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — all staff is very helpful

*2026-03-31, version 110.11*

i’m so happy bcz staff is friendly and helpful

### 3/5 — Soulless new interface

*2026-02-23, version 109.82*

This update drastically reduces the ease and accessibility that the last app had. In addition to it being 10x harder to navigate to book classes, all the warmth and inclusive photo/design is gone.

Very disappointing change.

### 2/5 — Apple wallet card

*2026-02-24, version 109.82*

It would be a huge improvement for the app developers to create the option to be able to add a QR code to Apple wallet to speed up entry into the club. It’s a time consuming process to navigate to the page that contains the QR code.
