## What is GymwithHym?

The GymwithHym Coaching App is for all clients of GymwithHym. Check your workouts, communicate with you coach and track your progress over time, all in one easy to use app.



The aim is to have one place to store all of your information. From tracking your workouts to messaging your coach. No more clunky spreadsheets, no more redirecting to another platform for educational content. A one shop stop for all your coaching needs, to make tracking your progress easy and convenient.



A GymwithHym client subscription is required. If you’re downloading this app, you are a client of GymwithHym.

- Clients can easily access their workouts and nutrition plans.
- Demo video library to demonstrate proper form
- Workout tracker to track all your training progress
- Education Vault to continue to upskill your knowledge along your journey
- Clients can message coaches and leave their own custom progress photo and training videos for analysis
- Keep track of key metrics to monitor progress
