## What is GYMYG?

Live personal training and group workout classes with real trainers who can see you.

GYMYG is a live fitness app. Join a live group class or book a private 1-on-1 session, and your trainer coaches you on camera in real time: they watch your form, call out modifications, and adjust the workout to you. Your friends can join the same live class from anywhere. Prefer to train solo between live sessions? On-demand workouts are available in the app.

WHY MEMBERS TRAIN WITH GYMYG
• Live group workout classes led by vetted trainers
• Private 1-on-1 personal training that fits your schedule
• Your trainer sees you — real form correction, not a one-way video
• Work out with friends in the same live class, wherever they are
• On-demand workouts when you can't make a live class
• See your past sessions and activity in the app

WORKOUTS FOR EVERY LEVEL
Strength training, HIIT, cardio, and metabolic conditioning. Beginners get modifications in real time. Experienced athletes get pushed. Every live class is led by a person, not a pre-recorded feed.

YOUR VIRTUAL GYM, AT HOME OR ANYWHERE
All you need is your phone or tablet and a little floor space. GYMYG brings a personal trainer and a group fitness class into your living room, hotel room, or garage.

MEMBERSHIP AND SESSIONS
GYMYG is free to download. Choose a monthly membership for live classes, or book individual 1-on-1 sessions and programs. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2025-07-27*

I am so glad that I found GYMYG. this app allows me to work out whenever I’d like from the comfort of my home with a live trainer who coaches me along the way. And the best part? I can hop into a class with all my besties from around the country, so it’s like we’re working out together even when we’re miles apart. Download it and you won’t be disappointed.

### 5/5 — Genuinely amazed

*2024-12-27*

Randomly saw this app on ig. Decided to give it a shot since first couple classes are free. 2 months into it I’m waking up a better person every morning. Even my high school abs have demonstrated the greatest come back I never believed could be possible.

This is perfect for someone who needs regime and discipline to start working out again, as I’m a lazy guy and more of a working out in a team or scheduled training.

I’ve already tried the 10 and the 20 class bundle. And to me personally 20 seems like a perfect amount for a month. And they of course carry over if you don’t use them.

They also have free meditation classes, couple times a week which is pretty cool

### 5/5 — Awesome

I love this app and the trainers are great, they guide you and help you correctly do the exercises to avoid injury. Thank you for making this!
