Gymyg is so great. I can hop on anytime Of the day with their on demand classes and do a workout!

I am so glad that I found GYMYG. this app allows me to work out whenever I’d like from the comfort of my home with a live trainer who coaches me along the way. And the best part? I can hop into a class with all my besties from around the country, so it’s like we’re working out together even when we’re miles apart. Download it and you won’t be disappointed.

Randomly saw this app on ig. Decided to give it a shot since first couple classes are free. 2 months into it I’m waking up a better person every morning. Even my high school abs have demonstrated the greatest come back I never believed could be possible. 

This is perfect for someone who needs regime and discipline to start working out again, as I’m a lazy guy and more of a working out in a team or scheduled training. 

I’ve already tried the 10 and the 20 class bundle. And to me personally 20 seems like a perfect amount for a month. And they of course carry over if you don’t use them. 

They also have free meditation classes, couple times a week which is pretty cool

I love this app and the trainers are great, they guide you and help you correctly do the exercises to avoid injury. Thank you for making this!
