Unless you have a personal chef and unlimited time and money it’s unattainable to follow their meal plans. Cancelled the subscription on Apple and asked for a refund because they charged me twice. They never got back to me and continued to charge me monthly until I logged in online and cancelled again. Still not getting an answer, There’s no phone number to call and they don’t answer their email.

The information in the app is helpful and seems mostly well-researched, but the app itself is just an ebook broken up into modules with quizzes. Occasionally it will ask you “do you have PCOS” or “have you had multiple miscarriages” and then give you another factoid or piece of advice specific to that, but it remembers nothing about you or your particular situation so you have to do that many times. It also has links to supplements, which I’m sure are affiliate links so they get a kickback if you buy something even though it isn’t technically an ad or sponsored. You can google “best supplements conceive over 35” and your particular circumstances and get the same advice for free, faster. Again, NOTHING about this is customized or saved about your situation, it will ask you the same questions repeatedly and does not build a profile of your needs, your cycle, nothing like that.
