Cancelled the subscription on Apple and asked for a refund because they charged me twice. They never got back to me and continued to charge me monthly until I logged in online and cancelled again. Still not getting an answer, There’s no phone number to call and they don’t answer their email. ### 1/5 — This is just an expensive subscription ebook *2026-03-23, version 1.4* The information in the app is helpful and seems mostly well-researched, but the app itself is just an ebook broken up into modules with quizzes. Occasionally it will ask you “do you have PCOS” or “have you had multiple miscarriages” and then give you another factoid or piece of advice specific to that, but it remembers nothing about you or your particular situation so you have to do that many times. It also has links to supplements, which I’m sure are affiliate links so they get a kickback if you buy something even though it isn’t technically an ad or sponsored. You can google “best supplements conceive over 35” and your particular circumstances and get the same advice for free, faster. Again, NOTHING about this is customized or saved about your situation, it will ask you the same questions repeatedly and does not build a profile of your needs, your cycle, nothing like that. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-01-19, version 1.3* Prospective mothers stay far away from this company. I signed up for a single subscription which I canceled within the correct time frame. I was then charged the full amount for my subscription anyway. They claimed I signed up for two subscriptions which I absolutely did not do. They refused to refund me my money for another subscription I didn’t sign up for. This company is preying on women’s vulnerability that comes with the struggle of trying to conceive and it is absolutely disgusting. I wish I had read them before downloading and starting the free trial. I was charged extra for a “meal plan” feature I never intended to sign up for, and then received a generic email claiming I agreed to these terms. This feels completely predatory, especially toward women who are simply seeking support in trying to get pregnant. Despite canceling, I was still charged for a “meal plan” that was extremely generic—information you can find anywhere online. When I requested a refund, it was denied with a strict “terms and conditions” response. That kind of hardline enforcement after a “free trial” cancellation feels intentionally designed to trap people who reasonably believe canceling means no charges. This is especially gross in the fertility space, where women are already stressed and vulnerable and looking for support—not surprise billing and fine-print gotchas. Info provided in this app is very basic and easily found for free elsewhere. I was charged the $95 then another $150 on top of it. They are refusing to refund me and are difficult to communicate with (only email on their end is available).
