### 2/5 — App needs a lot of work

*2026-03-04, version 3.0.620*

Very confusing. Wish it was more user friendly for dummies like me. I don’t know what negative toe is or positive to. Heck I don’t even know what the spec should be at. I HATE that it forces you to do the rear toe when doing the front toe.
While aligning, the numbers kept moving and were not consistent. There has to be a way to calibrate the phone first in the app.

### 5/5 — Awesome tool

*2026-02-25, version 3.0.620*

Work on my cars all the time but always had to take them somewhere for alignments and pay way too much.
This made it super simple to do at home after changing some suspension parts on my Tundra.

### 5/5 — WOW

*2026-02-25, version 3.0.620*

As a retired technician forty years in the trade I was looking for an easy to use alignment solution that was portable and reliable. This app and device have been the answer to my home projects and volunteer charity repairs I have been doing in retirement. Been great in solving Jeep death wobble.

### 5/5 — Alignments for DIYers

*2026-02-25, version 3.0.620*

Worked perfectly on all my vehicles, I don’t have to go go to the shop for my alignments now!

### 5/5 — Exceeds my expectations

*2026-02-24*

I am a retired engineer who spent my career in the metrology field. I maintain my own cars and am a fanatic about alignment on my vehicles. I acquired over the years high end alignment equipment for my personal garage use. This equipment takes significant time to setup. When I first heard about Gyraline I was hesitant. I was impressed with the results. I now purchased the second version and my expectations were exceeded. I have compared results with my other older mechanical setup and with care the results are 1 for 1. I still use the rotary tables under the tires to allow for easy adjustment with no suspension resistance. Do not hesitate to purchase this product.
PS: I have had questions about the use and contacted Gyraline. They always got back to me. Great support

### 5/5 — Had to try it to believe it, it works!!!

*2026-02-08*

Gyraline has changed how I approach alignments on my track car. Instead of not wanting to tinker with anything that may change my alignment out of fear of messing it up and having to go the shop, I now tinker away. I’ve verified the alignment multiple times with my mechanic on a hunter machine and it’s pretty much spot on. My mechanic even bought one and used it to check cars before they go on the machine. I can’t wait for my G2.

### 5/5 — Game changer for DIYs and Pros

*2026-02-07*

Alignments have always been a hassle for my track cars. I’ve compared G1 and G2 to my strings and it is spot on. Once you get the hang out of, you can get your toe truly in 60 seconds… amazing. They also update the app from user feedback, seems like every week!

### 5/5 — GYRALINE more like GYRALIFE

*2026-01-30, version 3.0.600*

I love Gyraline. It's so easy to use and I cannot say how much you will save on alignments!! It's so satisfying to click the wheels and see the results. Can't wait to see what the genius creators develop in the future!

### 2/5 — Disappointing

*2026-01-30*

I put a lot of care and attention to detail with my measurements, but I get different readings every time. Instead of checking once, I have to check 3-5+ times in a row and average the results. They falsely advertise this as just taking seconds to check your alignment, but it takes minutes. Then after you tweak the alignment, you have to check again and again. It can take hours to adjust your thrust angle (rear toe)!

Another very annoying issue is the accuracy defaults to 0.10° every time. Even when you switch it to 0.05°, it will revert back to 0.10° without telling you between readings. So you have to go into the settings and check this before every reading, adding more steps and more time to the already long process.

Also the camber tool is entirely unreliable! Once I got great readings that seemed accurate. Another time the results were wayyyy off. I’ve watched the videos and followed the manual…btw the videos and manual do NOT match the current app design so it’s not even that helpful.

For such a hyped up, expensive product, it does not measure up. Puntended.

### 5/5 — Recent updates helped

*2026-01-30, version 3.0.600*

All core features are back. Haven’t tried G2 yet, excited to see what the new platform has to offer

### 5/5 — Of course not 100% precise but still great

*2026-01-30, version 3.0.573*

I’ve used the app a couple time on my cars, and honestly if you take a couple measurement and make an average, its impressive at how precise it can be, and costumer service is extremely good! Would recommend the app to any friends

### 5/5 — Fixed

*2026-01-28*

The previous update used to be great and easy to get accurate results. The new update changed the process and it now feels impossible to get accurate results unfortunately. I wish I could go back to the previous version that I had a few weeks ago. Hoping this is changed soon as it was a great tool but I only got a couple uses out of it before the new update.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Word to the wise: Stay Away.

*2026-05-18*

It is a giant POS! It locked to the email you used to purchase which happened to be my work email. I can’t use the app on my work phone. They said they had changed it to my personal email, and now I can’t use either. They never mentioned that when ordering.
Even if they fix it, the need to always send a validation link is incredibly annoying.
I plan to dispute the charge of my CC as they have failed to provide the function that was advertised as I have never been able to use it.

### 1/5 — Can’t open/ No support

*2026-05-09*

I was really excited to get this. I paid the $189 for lifetime subscription. The app will not send a link so I can use the app and I have written customer service several times over the last few days. I tried changing my email in my account in case fraud filters were blocking but absolutely no luck. No number to call and zero response which says typically responds same day. I will be filing for a refund on my credit card! Pretty bummed!

### 1/5 — Extremely frustration

*2026-04-05, version 3.0.634*

Extremely frustrating. Things are not accurate. You can measure the car back to back and the numbers are completely different and not even close together. You can’t measure, do a small adjustment and measure it again. It makes you go though the entire car again just for that short adjustment. This is not practical at all. String and tape measure is much much better than this wonky thing. It’s a shame.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-02-11, version 3.0.600*

Bought, paid for, now unable to access. Do be scammed like I was.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2026-02-05, version 3.0.600*

Does not produce consistent measurents, even when used according to the instructions. Too unreliable to be trusted.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2026-02-03*

Very frustrating app. The manual or videos do not match the current app design and functionality (for over a month). Inconsistent results and a lot of missed opportunities with design and interface.

### 1/5 — G1 owners don’t get vehicle spec access. Misleading advertising.

*2026-01-21*

I purchased a G1 only to find out that the spec database is only available to G2 owners. Nowhere does Gyraline disclose this. I had to contact support to be told about this. How can anyone align their vehicle to specs if they aren’t given the specs? There are other DIY alignment tools that come with the necessary databases and include actual hard tools, not just a phone holder and app. I have zero confidence this company will remain in business and continue to support the app, especially seeing how they changed their entire business model recently. Save your money.

### 1/5 — Inconsistent and results features removed

*2026-01-20, version 3.0.520*

Takes me hours to get proper toe readings body alignment of front toe reading has been donremoved. So you have to do all 4 wheels 6 readings back to back readings give different results

### 1/5 — Buggy app renders the g2 unusable

*2026-01-18, version 3.0.520*

Sensor axis are still reversed with g2 even after the latest update stating this was fixed. With the, the g2 is unusable until the app is fixed. Support is extremely slow to respond. Hopefully the app gets fixed as this is a great idea that I really want to work.

### 1/5 — The latest update is terrible

*2026-01-06, version 3.0.501*

The latest update is terrible and really hard to use. Bring back the old version!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent Tool

*2026-06-09*

I’ve used Gyraline to align 3 cars now, with excellent results each time. The process isn’t the most intuitive, but their instructional videos explain it well. Once you get the hang of it, it’s easy to get repeatable measurements, but it does take some effort to learn.

This is miles better than using string and calipers. The amount of time you save each time you check a measurement is worth the price alone. Highly recommend if you do any of your own work on your suspension or just want to align your car perfectly.

### 5/5 — Works great when used as directed

*2026-06-01*

Don’t assume you know how to use this tool just because you may have used others.
I did that and found inconsistent results and thought the problem was the app or the tool itself.
Later I took 15 minutes and watched the instruction videos which explain exactly how to use the G1 tool and saw that I was doing it wrong, which explains why I was getting inconsistent results.
I also want to say that I’ve had extremely good experience with their support team regarding my order and the product.

Lastly, I found that my Office 365 email mistakenly flagged their product activation link as spam and I had to release it from quarantine before receiving. This was a Microsoft issue, not a Gyraline issue.

### 5/5 — Great tool love it.

*2026-05-01*

Most of my issues when not clearly knowing the process of how to use the tool correctly. I’m am a master mechanic but alignments have never been my wheelhouse. After a few try’s and watching multiple videos I got my alignment perfect. Just needed to take my time and follow each step correctly. From now on I’ll definitely do my own alignment.

### 5/5 — I’m sold

*2026-04-30*

There’s a bit of a learning curve as with any new tech. And it takes patience to get repeatability until you’re used to the process but I’ve completed 3 successful alignments so far. It’s already more than paid for itself. The manual could use an update but if you understand what you’re doing in the first place, it’s not an issue.

Update: brought one car in for new tires after aligning it with Gyraline. A free alignment check came with the purchase and after the adjustments I made prior with the app, their machine indicated I was off by only .05 degrees on the left front tire. I’ll take it.

### 5/5 — Awesome & Quick alignment app!

*2026-04-30, version 3.1.671*

So much better than measuring tapes! It’s nice to finally have a way to do decent alignments at home!

### 5/5 — I like the new update

*2026-03-10, version 3.0.634*

Body align is always spot on, spec lookup is super cool, as well as the garage feature, now I can save alignments from before when I was at the track and track how everything feels.

### 5/5 — Impressed

*2026-03-09, version 3.0.620*

I can’t believe I can get toe data on my phone! Great app!!

### 5/5 — This app is great

*2026-03-03, version 3.0.620*

Never really knew how to do an alignment but when I was showed this app it made it very easy for me. This app is awesome.

### 5/5 — Excellent Alignment tool

*2026-02-25*

We use this in our fleet shop with excellent results. As a professional fleet shop we use this to adjust toe and steer ahead on all of our trucks. Since we are only adjusting front toe and steering wheel angle this is the perfect tool for the job!

Also use it on my personal cars to set full alignment whenever suspension adjustments are made.
