She is caring, detail oriented, sweet and super patience with our needs, especially to my kids who have lots of questions regarding the grill and equipment. She is professional and went extra miles to explain questions which she doesn’t have to. This made our experience so great and we had such a wonderful high school and middle school graduation celebration with my boys. Thank you Ms Juliette. Too bad I can’t have a daughter, or else I would definitely name the BB Juliette. Made reservations for our 10 year anniversary and nothing was said or done for it. We waited 20 minutes for a served to come to the table. We got water. Had to ask for water and drinks. Dessert sucked. The table was in a cold area. The energy level was low for the servers. Behind our booth was a station for the employees which was awkward and loud. They ran some crazy drink promotion but did not give any description or breakdown and tried to charge us on a separate bill. Our service was not up to par and we question coming back here as we usually go to Brickell. We decided to give it another chance and make a reservation today and Dean provided amazing service his two minute greet his bubbly attitude, and his attention to detail made our experience amazing! Thank you, Dean. We will be back to see you. ### 2/5 — Needs huge improvements!! *2025-12-21, version 4.3* 12/21/25 reference to the app for the Montreal location. It is impossible to make a same-day reservation using the app. I’ve always had to call. I’ve tried maybe 100 times over the years. While the app works okay for redeeming reward points, it could be significantly improved with the help of AI. On December 20, 2025, we were unable to secure a reservation for the restaurant in the app. We tried calling the restaurant with three different phones, but only one finally connected us to someone who put us on hold and never returned. We hung up after waiting 15 minutes. In my experience, when a restaurant stops taking care of its repeat customers, it’s usually a sign that it’s about 12-24 months from closing permanently. The app should be redesigned to give priority to repeat customers for reservations. Maybe using a tier system. I hope to revisit this review in the future, as the food and drinks are the only redeeming qualities of the restaurant. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Used to be a hit *2026-06-04, version 4.3* Used to be a hit but now a miss 2x in a row. Service slow, waiter kept “ keeping it real, I wasn’t paying attn when they went over that” for everything new or a promo. Didn’t give us everything we ordered so when we requested the bill he said “so you still want the rest of the beef?” Uh duh I still have to pay right!? He also forgot to put in things.. so we just paid. And left. The experience wasn’t great at all for the amount charged. Not like the first couple years they were open.
