Would not allow me to use ‘part’ of my loyalty points for payment. Allowed me to select amount though not ‘confirm’ option on iPhone or iPad. My order has been pending for 10 days with no updates. Customer support has not responded to any of my messages, and I can’t even cancel the order. Already registered. ### 1/5 — 0 *2026-04-09* The delivery date is late. ### 1/5 — The most confusing site ever *2025-12-19* This company makes it almost impossible to see what it is exactly and how much you are buying. The dose per tablet is not written clearly. On Magnesiun citrate for example it says on the front of the bottle that it is 300 mgs. But it’s not till you examine the back of the bottle that you discover it’s actually 100 mgs per tablet but you have to take 3! So a bottle of 90 will do for a month not 3 months. Imagine if prescription drugs were written like that. They need to write the mgs per Tablet clearly on the front of the packaging. Coupled with the ever changing “ special offers “ buy one get one free” or “3 for 2” etc etc. It makes buying from Holland and Barrett an absolute minefield. You would need an Excel spreadsheet to work things out. Of course it’s done deliberately to confuse the customer. I call it the Ryan Air vitamin website. It’s SHARP PRACTICE I wish they would make it simpler and the ability to compare similar products would be a step on the right direction. ### 1/5 — Cancellation take long time *2023-08-09* I tried to cancel my order over phone, customer service was helpful but waiting for so long to see the cancellation email to confirm my order has been cancelled to rest assure. I had to call back to customer service again to ask my order whether it was already cancelled or still waiting on hold due to no cancel email confirmation. I was then received an answer that "we can confirmed your order is cancelled but might take 3-5 working days for email" which ridiculously that should be the refund time - NOT the cancellation email confirmation? Till now after 24h I'm still waiting for confirmation email from H&B and on my H&B app the order still show "waiting for dispatch" ??? Can anyone in the H&B team explain this ? Feel so ignorance! ### 1/5 — Confusing app *2022-10-17* Not a good experience, despite buying online in the past. The basket gets confused with perpetual offers too go for the subscription service. Products are displayed inconsistently with quantities sizes and types all over the place.I’m told I’ve got three discount offers but nothing tells me what they are. i’m pretty sure I’ve got some bonus points from previous purchases nothing obvious telling me what my entitlement is. I think I’ve selected the flashsale voucher offer but nothing tells me whether or not I succeeded. The basket shows a discount it doesn’t say whether or not this is before or after the price displayed at the top. I could go on but altogether a rampantly confusing platform.
