This is a basic feature for a clothing shopping app, yet it still doesn’t work. Shopping is frustrating without it. I believe I bought my first item in lockdown and for him and for me it’s always been great style at a reasonable price. We’re not too trendy, however we like to curate our style and buying good pieces to create something is always our personal goal. The customer service is spot on too and very helpful. It’s now difficult to find specific items, categories, or filters, and browsing feels confusing. I spend much more time looking for products and often end up giving up instead of buying something. The previous version was simple, intuitive, and focused on shopping. The new interface feels like it’s prioritizing visual design over usability. I’m clearly not the only one who feels this way—many users have shared similar feedback since the redesign. Instead of encouraging shopping, the new experience is actually discouraging purchases. As a loyal customer, I honestly find myself buying less because of the new app. Please consider bringing back the simpler navigation and making it easier to browse and find products. ### 1/5 — Silly Errors or Unethical practices? *2026-07-23, version 26.29.0* Shopping for in store items is near impossible on this app. Can’t even add items to your cart for pick-up. If I can find this issue in 5 minutes ; I know the I.T department can to. The fact it’s a persistent issue lets me know this is an intentional decision. I just won’t spend my money with this company. I'm using an iPhone 8 on iOS 16.7.16. The H&M app says my device is incompatible and recommends using the website. However, the website crashes with 'Application error: a client-side exception has occurred' whenever I browse categories. I bought two sizes of an item for determining, and the girl in the store rejected to accept my return of one of them. However, it wasn’t a final when I did the purchase online. When it opens, it says my “device seems incompatible with our new improved H&M app.” The page only has a link which takes me to the website on mobile browser. I can’t use the app anymore.
