Also, every time you open the app it asks to turn on notifications. ### 1/5 — App broken *2025-10-06* Car wash subscription not working and can not cancel because of app issues. Been going on for over 2 weeks. ### 1/5 — Can’t subscribe to car wash, unsure if card was charged. *2025-09-22, version 42.00.05* I tried to sign up for the unlimited monthly washes in the app, tried twice with Apple Pay and once by entering my card details, it accepted the card but went back to the subscription page. Doesn’t show that I am a member or give me a code to use at the wash. It doesn’t appear my card was charged, but it might be later. Please fix!! Had to pay for a single wash at the terminal when I wanted to become a member. ### 1/5 — Car Wash Subscription Not Working *2025-08-22* The only reason I downloaded this app was to use the car wash program. Naturally it has never worked, throwing communications errors every time I try to use it on two different phones ### 1/5 — Login Issue *2025-07-15* Can no longer login in to app with email. Requires phone number but that function does not work ### 1/5 — Can’t Add Phone Number *2025-07-08* App asks me to add phone number, but always resets and says to add a valid phone number. I tried about 5 different valid numbers, and none of them worked, so I deleted the app. I can’t do anything with it. ### 1/5 — Completely unable to register *2025-06-25* The shell station I go to informed me that they are no longer using pinnacle but instead are using power market and had me download this app. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It will not allow me to register. I enter my 10 digit phone number. It doesn’t give an error message or anything, it just won’t let me move beyond the screen to enter the phone number to register. I won’t use this app or go to Gas stations that use it. ### 1/5 — Slow and noisy app *2025-06-10, version 42.00.05* I use it for car washes, and the experience is terrible. It takes fewer clicks for me to buy a car on Tesla’s app than it does here to buy a car wash. Their QR code only takes you to the App Store to get the app rather than deep linking to using the car wash. They keep asking me about enabling locations every time. I don’t want to. The app has to fetch all of its assets and ads every time. So if the service is bad, I’m making everyone wait in line for a car wash. ### 1/5 — Car wash not working *2025-05-31* I’ve been trying to get this app to work for a couple months. It still does not work. Waiting for an update. The car wash auction does not work properly. I have no way of subscribing or unsubscribing to monthly car washes. ### 1/5 — Car Wash *2025-05-22, version 42.00.05* This app worked great when I started using it for car wash subscription from December 2024 until February 2025. Starting March this year I went in to the car wash and the app didn’t work. I don’t have the option to scan the code. I was still subscribed at that point. I figured they will fix it but to this day, still not working for me. The also charged me for another month.
