But this card is managed by Netspend. And it is super sensitive so that every time I try to transfer money to it so that I can buy groceries I have to call Netspend to get the account unlocked. I have a side gig that I also use this card for direct deposit so it’s very scary when they lock you out for no reason. The cash back is nice but it’s my recommendation that people only add the amount they are going to spend at HEB and to not put any more of your money on it than you need to buy your groceries.
