I struggle to add funds with my debit card every time. I finally resorted to using the website. The app won’t allow me to add money to my card. Thanks Bill ### 1/5 — This App Needs Work *2025-09-18, version 6.8.1* Nothing in the mobile app on iOS works properly, you have to restart the app to do almost everything. If you get timed out, and open the app again without restarting it the login screen will load for infinity, same when you enable Face ID or other biometrics. But this card is managed by Netspend. And it is super sensitive so that every time I try to transfer money to it so that I can buy groceries I have to call Netspend to get the account unlocked. I have a side gig that I also use this card for direct deposit so it’s very scary when they lock you out for no reason. The cash back is nice but it’s my recommendation that people only add the amount they are going to spend at HEB and to not put any more of your money on it than you need to buy your groceries. I’ve tried contacting support and they’ve just told me what the app already told me. That my app may not be fully updated, but I have already tried deleting and redownloading but nothing has allowed me to add funds to my debit card. Even tried ordering a new card and the same error STILL pops up. Why????? It’s so inconvenient to have to go Customer Service to deposit because the lines are ridiculously loooooong!!! And there are no app updates available.
