Find another service!!!!! *2026-01-24, version 6.8.1* Ordered a card, USPS stole it, cancelled the card but was told I would be able to reorder on app or website. There is no option to reorder a new card. After reading the negative reviews, I will not be using this service since the app is wonky. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my money out without hassle. ### 1/5 — Does not accept check deposits! *2023-02-06, version 6.4* Unlike banks, you cannot make check deposits. Netspend denies the transactions. This is not surprising from a non-bank, and less than reputable financial company. The card is useless. There is no live chat or customer service. Cutting card and deleting the account. I’ll stick with Credit Unions when moving cash. The back button just repeatedly goes back and forth from transaction history and transaction detail. Please fix! Everything else is great!
