1. I wrote my APT number in Address line 2 for my order. But line 2 disappeared after the order was submitted and I was asked to provide unit number again on delivery day, which delayed my delivery.
2. It took a long time for the driver to find my items, however, 3 of the 4 items are wrong. What I ordered did not need to be refrigeratered, but all what I received need to be refrigeratered. Why it is the driver finding the items all over H mart, why cannot H mart prepare the items ?

Errors loading product pages, will not allow selecting created shopping lists to save products, always adds choco biscuits (which I’ve never looked at) to shopping lists instead of any product I actually try to add to shopping lists, having to constantly close and reopen the app.  I guess HMart doesn’t like their customers spending money.  Invest more in your dev team…

I’ve been using this app for a while, and it has gotten so much better than before. The recent updates made everything smoother and more intuitive. It’s great to see the constant improvements. Keep it up, hmart.

Hmart finally has an app for grocery delivery and it is so lacking compared to 99 Ranch, the other grocery delivery service that I use. I guess I will continue to use 99 Ranch as they have more products and so convenient to order and get delivered the same day.
