I’ve tried logging out, delete app and re download, didn’t work. Today there was an update which I did in hopes it worked. Again, failed. After speaking to an associate, she said I had to enter all my information- name, address, which was all done previously- finally the barcode appeared BUT I lost ALL my Smart Reward points, over $140 worth!! When I asked the associate, her response “this is an app issue, not ours.” This isn’t right, I am so upset! ### 1/5 — Where are my cart items *2026-01-05, version 2.3.48* I'll add items to my cart, the little popup will show to confirm that it was added, I go to my cart and it's empty. I go to the advertised pages and press the +cart sign and it won't add. What is going on.. It's 2026, your app developers/ux/ui/everybody else needs to step up .. Korea would never. ### 1/5 — Terrible app for infrequent shopper *2025-12-28* TLDR: App logged me out so I had to log back in to scan membership card. Even after logging in, card did not appear. No Apple Wallet support. Terrible digital experience. I went to H Mart for the first time i n a couple of months and when I was checking out, I opened the app to scan my membership card. The app had logged me out due to inactivity I guess, so I had to stand there and log back in. Normally, this would be ok, but the reception in the store made it very slow. I even tried to get my card ready before it was my turn, but having to log back in took longer than I expected. But even after I logged in, my card didn’t show up. I ended up using all of my email addresses to figure out which one had my card. None of them showed the card after logging in. There’s a feature to find the card after logging in, so I used the same email address as the first log in attempt and the card showed up. Why is the card not tied to the account log in? Why do I have to log in first and then find the card again? Why can’t the app keep me logged in even after inactivity? Why doesn’t the app support adding the card to Apple Wallet? I had to stand there taking up time and holding up the line just so I could get my points. I eventually ended up just checking out without the card and getting the points added later at the customer service desk. This app is extremely inadequate and whoever designed it is probably incompetent. Terrible UX. ### 1/5 — For what,,??! *2025-12-25, version 2.3.48* For the points use it,,never use after got points, even didn’t expect that small benefit,,but membership numbers got deleted from app constantly and kept asking try again,, ??! I can't even order what I want with this app, is there a reason why I use this? You guys should have managed this application periodically. It's really disappointing and you can't even manage small apps, so I wonder if the offline market will be managed well. I won't use it again. To give you a tip, check the order process first. But line 2 disappeared after the order was submitted and I was asked to provide unit number again on delivery day, which delayed my delivery. 2. It took a long time for the driver to find my items, however, 3 of the 4 items are wrong. What I ordered did not need to be refrigeratered, but all what I received need to be refrigeratered. My problems are the fact that the threshold to get a reward is ridiculously high, maybe every 100 points you get a reward instead of having to get to 1000 would be better and a more realistic point for most people to reach unless you go to Hmart a lot or you could stack rewards up to a certain limit,either option is better than the current one. My second problem is not everything is able to be looked up on the app and you sometimes don’t get what you’re looking for in the search bar, my final point is there’s no description, reviews, nutrition or ingredient list for things, sometimes there’s pictures of the product to see ingredients and nutrition but they can be blurry and difficult to read and most things only have one image to look at and it’s only the front of the item.
