Could be good if the app connected with the ring better. Every time i go to look at my stats and device is not connected. It connects then i go back to run a test and it says disconnected. Very frustrating to say the least.
I wouldnt recommend unless they this connection issue figured out. Whats the point of wearing the ring if you cant see your stats.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it missed a night of sleep one time. I’ve been using for about a week now and the sleep insights are very helpful. I enjoy checking my other vitals too. I think it’s working pretty good so far. I did put it on a little tighter finger. I think that helps.

I’ve had this ring and app for about 2 weeks now. 3 times now it didn’t track anything for me overnight despite being charged and me wearing it. Not sure how accurate the other tracking is but wish it more helpful like having a temperature reading. I mainly wanted it for the sleep tracking so I hope it doesn’t continue to not track when I sleep.

Cuando compre el aro en Amazon todo de maravilla. Desde Diciembre 2025 hasta el presente el aro se le agota la batería mientras estoy durmiendo. Cuando me levanto al otro día, en la aplicación no aparece registrado las horas de sueño, la presión, la oxigenación y las palpitaciones del corazón. Tengo que cargar el aro tan pronto me levanto en las mañanas y cuando regreso del trabajo.

Have had it for two days now and it has recorded 20 hours of sleep time.  Blood pressure doesn’t change or record accurately. Going to try swimming and see if that records correctly.  Was really excited about this but very disappointed.
