## What is H1?

H1 기기와 연동하여 앱이 사용자의 운동 상태를 측정합니다. 근육 내에 생체 정보를 측정하여 근육 상태를 사용자에게 알려주며 사용자는 실시간 모니터링을 통해 운동을 효과적으로 할 수 있습니다.
