If you un-mute your notifications on your apple device, the sound will work just fine. I’ve had this same issue with a lot of apps. The whole AR thing is a bit gimmicky and I’d honestly just prefer a list of videos to having to wave my phone around trying to get it to recognize a page. The integration of the videos on the page is done very well which is why it’s very disappointing that this issue still isn’t fixed and apparently won’t be fixed. The app needs to be maintained, troubleshooted and updated, simple links don't have the same issue. I'm currently hunting for a video that isn't included in the app. The book page says go to the website and watch the video for page 037, something which appears not to exist on the website.
