I cannot get past this part ### 1/5 — Doesn’t support new devices *2026-05-12, version 1.0.11* Unable to pair with brand new H20 Audio. Online video for PlayList+ doesn’t work downloading from Spotify I can hear BT audio but nothing downloaded ### 1/5 — Can’t connect *2026-04-07* Bluetooth is on, but the device is not able to be found. Cmon people ### 1/5 — 1980s tech *2026-03-29, version 1.0.11* This app is horrible. How can you not allow offline sync from Spotify or Apple. EVERY app out there does it and those two are the only wisest api’s to integrate with. Having to mount the device as a drive is something we did 10 years ago. Please update ### 1/5 — Recording music is terrible *2026-02-19* Stops recording music after 2 minutes despite Bluetooth connection being perfectly consistent. ### 1/5 — Worst app design *2026-01-27* The actual headphones are great. But this app was designed by someone who will never use it. It is poorly designed It’s not intuitive. The instructions are non existent. They use abbreviations (BT mode). There are spelling errors. I work in technology and setting up headphones is a simple task. This took me 53 minutes You can also not sync to device memory when charging. Unfortunately we have to use this. But whoever is responsible for app product development needs to do a serious overhaul. ### 1/5 — Will not connect *2025-11-29* Followed instructions. App will not connect to my device. I can easily connect to the device via phone but not via the app. Keeps giving error. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2025-07-23* It can’t even find my headphones. I’ve tried several times. Deleted and redownloaded the app, connected and reconnected headphones — nothing. The phones are playing through Bluetooth and the app says that it can’t find the headphones. Ugh! ### 1/5 — Don’t Buy H2O Audio products *2025-07-23* This app is a piece of junk. You can’t see what music is loaded on the device. Loading music is hard, almost anything will stop the music from loading. I’ve wasted so much time trying to get music on this thing, they should be paying me to do quality control. I tried to return it because the app and even the headphones are buggy, but customer support won’t help. They lock down your ability to review their products because they know they have developed a bad product. ### 5/5 — Works with H2O Stream 3 PRO *2025-05-31* Just purchased a H2O Stream 3 PRO device. If you’re using Music app on your iPhone, while transferring Music you can’t receive any calls/emails/texts that will interrupt the transfer, and turn off “screen time out” in Settings. With Bluetooth on, power on your device and they’ll Pair. The company said put in Airplane Mode but I needed WiFi ON to transfer Music. No other Bluetooth devices can be nearby during transfer. Bluetooth should show connected to H2O Stream Pro.
