### 4/5 — Great App!

*2022-05-04, version 1.11.9*

I love the clarity and simplicity of this app, and that there are no annoying ads.

Making the entires editable, so you can accurately log all your water consumption (dead batteries, lost, stolen, or forgotten devices all happen) would definitely improve this app, as many reviews have noted.

It has changed my water intake habits for the better, and made me healthier and therefore happier. I highly recommend this app!

### 4/5 — Works great

*2020-10-02, version 1.11.9*

Works fine but wish it didn’t have to pick active times because it won’t track water I drink after 11 pm.

### 3/5 — Not Compatible w/ Infograph Watch Face

*2020-05-24, version 1.11.9*

I downloaded the app today. The iPhone version so far is great. Only issue I have is that it does not allow you to set it as a sub dial on the infograph watch face. That is the face that I use and it would be convenient to have it available. It does show up on some of the other faces. If they would fix that then def a 4-5 star.

### 4/5 — Useful app

*2020-01-27, version 1.11.9*

I’ve tried other water tracking app and this one seems to be working best for me. I like that it’s a basic app without a lot of “extras”.

The only thing I would change is having the ability to edit a past entry. The other day I forgot to log the last of my water. Realized I forgot the next morning but couldn’t update the day. It’s more of a mental thing for me that when I look at my statistics it shows this one day I didn’t complete my goal. Maybe they will fix this in a future update.

### 4/5 — H2O PAL App

*2019-09-12, version 1.11.9*

I love this application. It makes drinking water easy to accomplish.

### 3/5 — Great app, but

*2019-08-12, version 1.11.9*

The app is wonderful, however the bottle not so much. It worked wonderfully, until the battery died and I had to replace. The bottle doesn’t work the same since I replaced it. In fact, I had to contact customer service to replace the part where the battery is located (the tracker). This process took over two months to replace. And, it still doesn’t work like the initial part. I manually enter my water intake, rather than relying on the tracker. Not the point of this bottle.

### 4/5 — F

*2019-07-11, version 1.11.9*

It’s nice app

### 4/5 — Ok but...

*2019-05-18, version 1.11.9*

I’ve never been able to get it to give a correct reading, it just doesn’t weigh correctly. When I tried to get help, no reply.

### 4/5 — Love this App!

*2018-03-30, version 1.11.7*

I am so bad about remembering to drink my water and this is the only app that I have found that continually encourages me to drink my water on a regular basis. I think because it prompts you to drink a few ounces at a time and then before you know it at the end of the day you've finished drinking so much water. I feel really accomplished when I have reached my goal on the app!

### 4/5 — App 4/5, bottle 5/5, some issues

*2018-03-11, version 1.11.7*

I’ve had 0 issues with it. Curstomer Support is great. Tracks my water intake perfectly. Pretty customizable. I think it’s a 5/5 bottle, 4/5 app.
Missing features:
1. Ability to post date water intake. Sometimes I forget to manual add water to the day before it “locks out” that day.
2. Latest that your day can “end” to reset is 2300hrs. That’s silly. Some people’s days/nights end later than that. Also, not myself, but some people work midnights and don’t have normal days. Why limit the app in this way?

### 4/5 — Great app, but not working with Alexa

*2018-02-11, version 1.11.6*

I really love this app and it worked great, up until this last week. When I tell Alexa to tell H2O Pal I drank 10 ounces of water, for example, she says it wasn't being saved because the app can only save 100 ounces of water per day (or something like that). So, that's my only complaint. I like telling Alexa how much I drink and being told how awesome I am for doing it, lol. Fix that issue and it's five stars!

### 4/5 — Great app, but...

*2018-01-17, version 1.11.5*

Love the app. It really inspires me to drink more water by tracking the amount I drink and setting goals. Here’s the but - The only problem is the inability to adjust active hours. This app is perfect for regular 9-5 people. For those of us that work night shift, the app’s benefits are almost useless, unless I want to drink my day’s requirements as soon as I wake up in the PM and before 10PM. The developer said they can’t fix this because it wouldn’t work with associated health apps. How about giving an option to not connect to health apps to open the opportunity to adjust active hours? Beyond this, I love it. Re-syncing the bottle is simply turning it upside down. A couple things I have learned, If you have been drinking while not synced, the log will catch up when you do sync back up with the app. Lastly, you do have to remember to set the bottle down for a second or two before refilling to account for your last drink. But, if you mess up, make a manual entry. After approximately 20 days of daily usage, my battery is at 89%. I would recommend this to most people. Maybe not night-shifters.

### 1/5 — App Isn’t Working

*2021-08-30, version 1.11.9*

App isn’t connecting to bottle. App isn’t updating for the water I’m drinking. It just isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do which is track the water I’m drinking. It would be easier to just log it in a notebook than deal with all this trouble of trying to make it work.

### 1/5 — Customer support

*2021-05-27, version 1.11.9*

I have written emails to this company numerous times. I cannot get the app to work right on my phone. No one has ever responded to me. I also recently went and bought a new battery, and now it’s saying my battery is low. I love the concept, love the water bottle, cannot understand the customer service!!

### 1/5 — Update App’s Active Hours

*2021-04-08, version 1.11.9*

I really like the app but I work nights and after 11 pm it goes into rest mode which makes it really difficult to see my water intake like during active hours. I don’t sleep until 5am so this is so frustrating to me.

### 1/5 — Buggy

*2020-05-17, version 1.11.9*

Get two notifications at once and get notifications that are incorrect. Notifications don’t appear to include water added via widget. If you add water in the widget, it doesn’t update the app unless you open notifications.

### 1/5 — Apple Watch Sync

*2017-11-04, version 1.11.5*

It would be nice if the developer updated it to work with iOS 11 before adding new features for businesses. No longer syncs with Apple Watch. I also get multiple notifications of the same message. Other than that this app and product is the best out of them all.

### 1/5 — One Day Wonder

*2017-07-29, version 1.11.2*

I fell in love with this bottle day one. Date to when it stopped working my feelings changed. It cannot turn used to not register how much I drink. The app only tells me what my target is no matter how much I drink from the bottle. To me the body is just a one day wonder.

### 2/5 — Doesn’t stay connected

*2021-04-23, version 1.11.9*

The premise is sound but, I constantly have to reconnect the app to get it to update my water. I often have to add the 18 oz manually, so what’s the point of buying the $100 bottle?

### 2/5 — Bottle is Awesome, syncing with app terrible

*2019-10-11, version 1.11.9*

The quality of the bottle is great, but the Apple Watch app and reminders to drink more are useless because the syncing is so slow. It seems like the only time the app updates on iPhone is when you open it and wait 5 mins. Then you still have to click the icon on the watch for it to update there

### 2/5 — Nice idea but seems to kill battery

*2018-06-21, version 1.11.7*

Just installed this early this week and used with the water bottle yesterday. Lost 55% of my phone battery life in two hours with this app active. My battery app said H20 was the biggest use of battery in last 24 hours. Nice app but not nice enough to require a recharge 2 or 3 times a day.

### 3/5 — Needs serious update.

*2021-04-03, version 1.11.9*

I left a review years ago, when the bottle came out and nothing came close to be as awesome as this bottle connected. I still use the base to this day and I’m mostly happy.... BUT, the app hasn’t been updated or upgraded for over two years now, and with the Apple Watch 6, this app could have so much more automation potential, it’s a little disappointing that nothing have improved since the original idea came out.

### 5/5 — The Best I Have Found

*2021-08-15, version 1.11.9*

I have tried several free hydration apps and this is, by far, the best.

First, there are no annoying ads.

While there is a complicated system that can be used to calculate a daily hydration need, I selected the option to just enter a total, 64oz. (8x8 oz)

Another app I used had me create different volume “glasses,” 8oz, 10oz, etc. I could then select a combination of glasses to enter the amount I drank. With this app, I just move a slider to the amount and I am done. There is a dashboard which shows, at any time of day, how many ounces I need to drink in order to be on pace to meet my goal. And, it is easy to see how many of my 64oz I have consumed so far.

Finally, it is possible to set reminders to appear throughout the day. Some of them tell me how many ounces I need to drink to be on track.

This app makes it as easy as possible to meet my daily goal. The only thing I have to do is actually drink the 8 glasses a day.

### 5/5 — Basic water drinking tracker

*2020-11-18, version 1.11.9*

I came back to this app after thinking I had found a better one. This app doesn’t come with all your extra useless features like the rest, so it’s easier, and straight to the point. Drink your water and track it. I do enjoy that it congratulates you when you hit your daily intake.

### 5/5 — Love It!

*2019-12-01, version 1.11.9*

I use this app the most on my iPhone multiple times a day to ensure I hit my daily goal. I also love the bottle as well, but broke the glass part one day and replaced it with a stainless steel bottle. Love how you can use the tracker on the bottle of your choice. There’s no other automatic water tracker like this out there and I’ve bought other ones, but they aren’t accurate since they don’t use a scale to weigh the bottle like H20Pal does and just give you an estimate of what you drank based upon how long you’ve held the bottle up. I’m getting a second H20Pal cause it’s so awesome. I am concerned though since the company hasn’t updated any of their social media sites or this app for a while, so I hope they aren’t discontinuing it. ❤️💧👍👍📱⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

### 5/5 — LOVE IT!!!

*2019-03-22, version 1.11.9*

As a chronically dehydrated person who gets kidney stones about every 2 years...this bottle has been amazing! In just 4 months, I drank more water than I probably did in a year. Lol. It motivates me to get better and the reminders are a huge help. THANK YOU

### 5/5 — Dead Simple and Very Helpful

*2019-01-31, version 1.11.9*

Having recently gotten an Apple Watch and finding its tracking surprisingly motivating, I decided to try a water tracker app. There are some good apps for doing that, BUT you have to log (and remember to log) every intake.

Paired with the H2OPal bottle, this app does it automatically and accurately. And the manual logging of my coffee is dead simple on both the iPhone and the Watch. I’m enjoying using it, and it is helping me change my water intake habits.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2018-11-05, version 1.11.9*

I have always taken water with me at all times, but never knew how much I drank. Well using this bottle lets me know I did not even come close to the recommended amount.
At this time very satisfied customer!!

### 5/5 — Seen Improvement

*2018-03-13, version 1.11.7*

I now drink more water and reach my goals as the app sends me alerts and reminds me throughout the day!

### 5/5 — Love it!!!

*2017-08-11, version 1.11.2*

Worth every penny!!!!

### 5/5 — Best Water Tracker!!!

*2017-07-30, version 1.11.2*

I have downloaded many many MANY water trackers and this is by far the best one in my personal opinion. My favorite thing is that your water goal adjusts daily depending on your activity and weather. I also like how it tells you how much water your should drink in that moment to be on track. Great great app. For some reason it doesn't work on my Apple Watch but it's still a great app!

### 5/5 — Really Great

*2017-07-04, version 1.11.2*

I've had the bottle for a little over a week now and I have hit my goals every day since using it. I've always struggled in this area so that feels really good. The one improvement that I would love is if it would update MyFitnessPal... I track everything there so that would be a nice plus.
