## What is H2Q Crew?

H2Q Crew is the app the Highbrow Moving crew uses every day. Clock in, see where you're working, and keep up with the team.

It's for Highbrow Moving employees only. The office sets up your account and gives you your PIN.

TIME CLOCK
- Clock in for shop time or today's job with one tap. The app takes a quick photo, same as the time clock at the yard.
- Start a break or clock out from the same screen.
- No signal? Punch anyway. It saves the punch and sends it when you're back in range.
- See your hours for the week and what's been approved, and ask the office to fix a day that's wrong.

SCHEDULE
- Your next seven days: the customer, the job number, and who's on your crew, with a button to call them.

TEAM CHAT
- The company's channels and direct messages, with photos and video.
- Alerts on your lock screen for new messages and schedule changes.

LOCATION
Clocking in from the app uses your location. While you're on the clock, the app shares where you are with the office, even when your phone is locked, because that's how dispatch runs the day. It stops when you clock out. Your iPhone shows the blue location indicator the whole time.
