Always fails when you need it to work. Unreliable. ### 1/5 — Constantly loading procedures *2024-10-02* The app works ok only ok. It constantly loads procedures repeatedly. The search function is nearly useless. If the was another option I’d be using it by now. Very annoying app to use. ### 1/5 — Not great lots of quirks and functionality issues *2024-07-10* Search function for procedures is basically useless. Loading work orders goes into some sort of loop and reloading the app temporarily fixes it. Can look up part numbers from a work order you must manually enter the serial number that is clearly contained in the work order. This is inconvenient. Once a part is found the microscopic thumbnail photo cannot be enlarged and when looking at part details, the part number is missing. This app is like a 30’s car compared to a Tesla. ### 1/5 — Not great barely useful. *2024-05-07* Search function for procedures is basically useless. ### 3/5 — Service history review *2024-04-16* App will not allow me to open service history reports. Found issue while performing service and want to review previous reports to determine root cause of component failure. ### 1/5 — Sort of works. *2024-04-16* Thumbnail pictures of parts are incredibly small and links to pictures don’t work. After clicking on a part number the next page has the thumbnail pictures but omits the part number. And the links to related procedures don’t work. The app routinely needs to be deleted and reloaded because it hangs up in a loop of loading procedures. Somewhat usable but quite frustrating most of the time. ### 1/5 — Get caught in a never ending loop *2024-04-03* This app worked for a while but never very well. At this point it’s nearly useless. When trying to find procedures it goes into an endless “finding procedures” loop that just repeats over and over never stopping or accomplishing its task of finding procedures. Could be one of the worst apps I’ve experienced. Would have given it zero stars if I could. Basically a useless way to eat space in your phones memory. ### 1/5 — Used to work. *2024-01-29* Now when I try to login using HBC login it says to use HBC log in. I’ve tried it with and without caps. I’ve tried it with and without the @hfo . It just refuses to log in.
