Fare un prestito è impossibile, sto aspettando da due mesi, l'app ha bug e loro non rispondono alla mail. Spreco di tempo più assoluto e anche speranze infrante

This is the worst app I have ever used!
When I registered it told me that I have to update my academic documents in order to receive my last instalment of Per Merito loan. I uploaded everything but it just wouldn’t proceed to the end, and suddenly out of nowhere I was kicked out of the application! And from then it doesn’t let me log in because it says that my password is not correct, and the link to change the password also doesn’t work!!!
I emailed Habacus twice and I haven’t received any answers, I just receive emails from them that I am missing the deadline to update my documents!!!
If you can’t design an app at least check the emails! I am losing my last instalment because of this stupid app!

Sono giorni che cerco di ricevere la certificazione ma l’app è strapiena di bug e problemi tecnici

L’app è inutilizzabile perché continua a segnalare la mancanza di rete internet nella registrazione, oltre questo non c’è modo di contattarli se non a una mail alla quale non rispondono per tempo

La caricatura dei documenti è quasi un gioco d’azzardo, su 4 pdf, solo due risultano inviati, e gli altri sono ‘mancanti’. Ma non ho ricevuto alcuna notifica di avviso che non fossero stati caricati correttamente o accettati dall’app! Inoltre, quando ho scaricato l’app, ho attivato ogni tipologia di notifica, ma non ne ricevo neanche una e devo effettuare il log in nell’app ogni tanto per controllare le risposte degli operatori nelle chat di supporto! Molto sconveniente e deludente, spero che questi problemi vengano sistemati al più presto possibile nel prossimo aggiornamento dell’app. Devo dimostrare la mia performance accademica per ricevere la tranche successiva del mio prestito per merito e questi errori di sistema rischiano di rimandare in modo significativo il suo rilascio
