Biometric verification has issues on iPhone 17 pro max. Camera doesn’t focus properly to scan fingerprints. It fails while all other apps work fine. Their mobile app is unreliable, constantly down, and full of errors. Transfers fail regularly, accounts show “not found,” and even successful payments can take hours or days to reach the receiver. This level of incompetence is unacceptable in 2025. Customer service is completely useless. They don’t solve anything — they just repeat the same scripted excuse about “launching a complaint” and promise 7 working days, which means nothing because issues are never resolved. No transparency, no responsibility, and no respect for customers. This bank is outdated, poorly managed, and clearly does not care about its users. If you value your money, time, or peace of mind, stay far away from Habib Metro Bank.
