I’ve tried to delete and redownload app and sign back in. It’s telling me I have to subscribe again and pay again even tho I just paid 6 days ago. Try to restore purchases but it’s telling me there’s no purchases to restore. Pretty crazy if you ask me

Was very excited to use this app. I was able to create an account, subscribed to the $50 a month program. Once I was subscribed nothing would load. I’ve tried to use it multiple times and it will not load any of the content. Contacted apple to report the issue and request a refund, refund denied and the appeal was denied. Be wary to subscribe.

I created an account and it worked great for 3days. All the content on it is pretty great and I was excited. However, every time I open the app it wants me to start the whole create an account process again and again. I can’t access any content. :/
