## What is HABIT?

HABIT is a habit tracker built around one idea: consistency should feel like something.

Every day you show up, the orb at the centre of the app gets brighter and more alive. Miss days and it dims. No guilt-trip notifications, no points, no clutter, just a quiet, honest mirror of how you're actually doing.

BUILD, LIMIT OR COUNT
• Build a rhythm: gym 4 days a week, read every day, lights out by 23:00.
• Cap a habit you're cutting down: coffee, takeaway, social media, smoking.
• Count what matters: cigarettes, drinks, glasses of water.

START IN SECONDS
Pick from ready-made habits across Body, Mind, Fuel and Less, each with a sensible target already set. Or build your own from scratch with your own colour and schedule.

SEE THE WHOLE PICTURE
• Today: tap once to log. Focus, List, or Grid layouts.
• Month: a real calendar you can tap to fix any day.
• Year: a full-year heatmap of every mark you've made.

ALWAYS WITHIN REACH
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
• Apple Watch app and complications
• Gentle reminders at the time you choose
• iCloud sync across your devices

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your habits stay on your device and in your own iCloud. No account, no ads, no tracking.

SEVEN ORB MATERIALS
Aurora, Bloom, Geode, Geode II, Pearl, Forge and Lantern: each one grows differently as your habits hold. Pick the one that feels like yours.
