This app suits the bill as it lets me know hours spent looking at the phone and number of time I look at it. Plus it keeps a little tracker at the top corner of the screen at all times to serve as a little reminder to me. It seemed like the clock kept running when I wasn’t using my phone. The one day it had told me I’d been on my phone for like 20 hours but I’d barely touched it. I only kept it for the garden, that was helpful. It’s like playing a game but you only grow your garden when you’re not touching your phone. I didn’t understand how to use it for awhile, there were no good instructions. And now my garden won’t load the app just crashes, too big I guess??
