Most habit apps measure your success by how long your streak is. Constellation. does not count your streak. It counts your stars (one per day, for each habit kept) and arranges them into a private constellation that is yours alone to see. Each habit you track becomes a line in the night sky. Each day you keep it, a star appears on that line. By the end of the month, the pattern of kept days forms a constellation, a quiet visual record of your practice, shaped by reality rather than aspiration. The stars are not decorative. Their brightness reflects how many habits you kept that day: a bare point for one, a ring of light at two, and fuller rings as more habits are kept. The sky darkens and fills slowly, honestly, the way real practice does. At the end of each month, Constellation. generates a Reading, a short, considered reflection on your patterns. Not a score. Not a grade. An observation: how often you returned after missing a day, which habits held through difficult weeks, where the sky was quiet. The language of the Reading is the language of the app: unhurried, private, yours. The sky itself is the reward. Each month's stars form a circle over a mountain lake, and when a month completes, a golden line draws itself through the days you kept. A new habit writes its name into the sky in ink; keeping it retraces the name in gold. Constellation. has no streak counter, no badges, no levels, no leaderboards, no friends to beat, and no late-night reminders asking you to "keep your streak alive." It does not track you, share your data, or show you advertising. It does not require an account. It does not know your name. Your habits live on your device.
