### 5/5 — User Friendly

*2021-09-29*

I tried a number of vastly more popular apps on the app store, all with their share of annoyances. Hapit is a habit tracker, not a vector for the developer to push their monthly subscription. I was happy to pay a one time fee of 6 dollars for premium even though i didn’t technically need any premium features. Great app.

**Developer response:** Wow, it makes me very happy to read this. You know, those are the apps I also got tired of and built Hapit instead. Thank you for the kind words and support.

### 5/5 — Absolutely love this app

*2020-10-18, version 1.1.9*

I’ve searched for soooo long to find a habit tracker with a design like this,
finally found this one, and it is perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. It was a bit laggy initially, but after this last update it runs perfectly smoothly! Some features I particularly like:
- The weekly view with individual dots for days (easy for oversight and feels satisfying to stamp. I like this design better than the habit trackers with a single bar that fills up)
- Easy colour coding for successful, unsuccessful and skipped days days.
- The ability to toggle between monthly and Daily/Weekly views.
- the ability to add notes.
- The fact that premium is affordable!
- The minimalistic and clean design, it’s very user friendly and great aesthetic.

Thanks to the developer! :)

Some ideas for future updates:
- Ability to export history into a spreadsheet or something.
- Some sort of way to see stats like growth percentage of successful days over time etc.
- Ability to back-up data (sorry if this already exists)

### 5/5 — The best app tracking!!

*2020-08-21, version 1.1.4*

This is exactly the tracking app I’m looking for. I just started my gym routine and I need to track how many days/times I’ve been going to the gym. Really helpful!! Thank you!

### 5/5 — Its good

*2020-07-05, version 1.1.3*

Thanks for the app, though I suggest you guys should add day-specific habits, id clean the house on a sunday every week and use my weekly skin care routine on a sunday and Wednesday, i hope you get the point

### 5/5 — I love it

*2020-07-03*

Simple and perfect;
Great app using swiftui

**Developer response:** Thank you, I’m glad you like it!

### 5/5 — Simplicity is Key!

*2020-06-29*

Great app. Love how simple this app is

**Developer response:** Thank you! ☺️

### 5/5 — 6 weeks in.

*2020-06-05*

Seems to be working very well! The statistics were interesting. I’m hoping to see a come back at some point. Even the Apple Watch app is quite usable. Sometimes a bit slow to update to empty list the next morning. Maybe it would be interesting to see a loading state instead of “done for today”. Also the checkmarks are a bit inconsistent. Specifically a bit uglier on watch app complications. Only habit tracker that has worked for me!

**Developer response:** Thank you Jonatan for the positive and super helpful review! I'm very happy Hapit helps you with your habits 😄🙌

The statistics had to go at least temporarily because of performance problems (very slow to calculate when the days add up). However, I was unsure if any users found them helpful, so it's great that you let me know. Was it any specific statistic that you thought was interesting, or all of them? I could definitely try to implement them more efficiently.

I'm glad you are using the AW app also! Speeding up the loading of next day might not be possible because of slow sync with the iPhone, but I will investigate the possibility to have some sort of loading screen - great suggestion!

Yes, I have also noticed that the checkmarks sometimes doesn't show, which is weird - I'm on it!

Do you mean the watch complications are a bit ugly or the checkmarks in the complications? ☺️

I don't think it's possible for you to answer back here? If you like you could email me via the "Support & Feedback" button in the app instead and continue from there 👍🏻

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not good

*2024-02-14, version 1.3.8*

Only two goals can be added for more have to ger premium paid

### 2/5 — Only 2 habits

*2024-01-29*

It’s really good and nice to look at, but if you want to track more than 2 habits your have to pay for premium…

### 3/5 — Needs more functionality

*2023-08-24, version 1.3.8*

I bought premium, been using it for a couple of weeks and started to think the app needs a bit more functionality than what it has right now. 1st, the app needs to be more filtered throughout the day, otherwise the widget will just stuck on the same view. 2nd, a tab page that shows a report of all habits together, or at least a weekly report, and also a Habit that tracks negative habit. Overall the purchase was quite worth it. Plus an issue with Apple where I can’t tap on the keyboard when typing in the App Store, I’m just pasting.

### 4/5 — Great idea

*2026-04-15*

Like the app generally speaking .. I just wish the free version allowed more than two goals though! Three or four would be better. The paid version allows notification prompts which is a good idea.

### 4/5 — Simple, effective app, can’t export data!

*2024-08-26, version 1.3.8*

Simple app, minimalist layout and easy to use. The premium subscription is also very nominal. However, it doesn’t let you export your data as a CSV or XLS. Would have rates 5* if I could export my data for analysis.

### 4/5 — Perfeito

*2024-04-28, version 1.3.8*

Aplicativo leve, fácil de usar e direto ao objetivo proposto. Gosto muito! Apenas considero que o desenvolvedor deveria voltar a realizar atualizações, tendo em vista que a última atualização foi há um ano.

### 4/5 — Suggestion for widget

*2023-08-23, version 1.3.8*

Please help to add widget design in monthly calendar format for specific habit.

### 4/5 — Just Needs iPad Landscape Support

*2022-03-14*

Love that this app has one of the best privacy features in terms of (no) data collection. It’s also buy-it-once for multi-device support and not a subscription model.

The major feature missing on the iPad that sticks out is lack of landscape support. The iPad version is pretty much just a scaled up version of the iPhone. However, I probably would’ve preferred the iPhone version on the iPad to be available so landscape support could be allowed at least. It’s just too jarring to be using the iPad in landscape mode and be forced to rotate it during the times you want to use the app for a only few seconds.

**Developer response:** Thank you! I'm glad you appreciate those parts, which are very important for me as well.

That's fair feedback! I must admit the iPad version needs more love since I haven't got around to work much on that unfortunately.

### 4/5 — Widget?

*2020-12-16, version 1.2.2*

Good app, how widget active?

### 5/5 — Easy, simple, no games

*2026-04-10*

I LOVE Hapit. I wanted a clean, simple habit tracker that allowed me to choose and name my own habits and see my streak tallies without any gamification. Hapit is it, and so easy to use! I can opt to see my streak tallies on the habit summary screen or only on the more detailed habit screen. I can also turn off reminders and notifications so it’s a no-noise app that just tracks what I care about. Plus I emailed the team, and Benjamin wrote right back and then added in the feature I requested within 24 hours; he really cares about your feedback and experience!

**Developer response:** Wow thank you so much for taking the time to share this! It means a lot to hear how Hapit fits what you were looking for and it makes me super motivated to refine the app further. Your feedback is invaluable and it helps guide what Hapit becomes 🙏

### 5/5 — Not clutter keeps you consistent

*2025-07-30*

The minimalist UI and the overall ease of use is what really does it for me. I find myself consistently looking forward to using this app instead of dreading it like other ones or when I was keep track on paper. This is a simple app but can be a tool, perhaps one of the best, to improve your life and achieve your goals.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much! I’m very happy to hear such positive feedback 🙏

### 5/5 — Great!!

*2025-04-26*

Just missing some themes on app but it’s perfect

**Developer response:** Thank you!

### 5/5 — The perfect app

*2024-11-05*

Been using this for a few years now and love it. Great privacy policy, elegant UI, does everything you need and nothing you don’t. Every app should be like Hapit.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much! 🙏

### 5/5 — Clean design

*2024-02-14, version 1.3.8*

Clean design, nice UI and an overall incredible app there no adds nonsense or any of that. Just your habits nothing more nothing less.

### 5/5 — Very good

*2023-12-25*

Easy, sample, free all what you need on a easy tracker habit app.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much!

### 5/5 — Simple, Minimalist

*2023-03-24, version 1.3.8*

The app I’m switching from has one very motivating feature: I can see the total days I’ve been streaking for in the widget and in the main UI prominently. I have some habits I’ve been doing for 700+ days and it’s very motivating to see that and never miss a day. You could feature it beside the name of the habit, in the Habits tab and in the widget. Please do!

Love it so far. I’ve been looking for an app like this for a while. Loving it so far.

### 5/5 — Minimalist & Fantastic!

*2023-03-06, version 1.3.8*

Love this app. Simple. Easy. Developer doesn’t collect data. No ads. No subscription. I paid for the premium. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Like it

*2022-09-22*

I like the simplicity of keeping track of new habits. Every time I do something I open the app and just click a circle. That’s 2 taps and done, I’m that lazy. Even checking your tasks can get annoying ( I used to do it with a pen and paper, excel, and used other more complicated apps). I wonder if there will be some sort of stats to review at the end of the month or year in the future. Anyways, great stuff. Will recommend to patients.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much, I'm glad you like the app and its simplicity!
And that's a great feature idea, I'll add it to my list.

### 5/5 — Almost perfect app

*2021-10-13, version 1.3.1*

I love this minimalist design…and I’d be grateful If you would add a feature of mood tracker.
