It’s a farce , I don’t know how they can get away with it .. they must have developed it by someone who got paid …  sluggish , full of bugs , have no foreign language tab … I really do t understand why no one irons out the multiple flaws

How much time was spent developing this app? Seriously, how much effort? For it sure doesn’t show. Top reason to have the app is to get a better mobile experience than just viewing the website on the mobile; however, this was not the case here. Neither mobile browser or app can you view the pics of the houses in landscape mode. You turn the phone and nothing happens in the app. This is very basic stuff here. Also, you have a place on your website to change the language but nowhere can you do that in the App. Again, simple stuff that makes a world of a difference. 
Last, a mere suggestion: perhaps you can encourage users (ones who are advertising their houses with you) to upload a floor map. Many are confusing and hard to follow, where a floor map helps bring clarity in those situations. Even if not everyone does it, having a spot for it for each property may help inspire some to do it.

El app en si no funciona bien, no te deja pinchar en los botones muchas veces, por ejemplo para ir para atrás. Se sale de la sesión a menudo y hay que estar volviendo a meter los datos y la clave. Los emails que mandan sobre tus búsquedas guardadas no son relevantes, es decir, te mandan mucho spam (5 correos diarios) sobre pisos en los q no estás interesado.

Although the app is looking step as Spanish and English, in fact it is Spanish only, I couldn't even log in.

When you enter your filter parameters then click on an apartment to view details and go back to the list it undoes all of your filters. Bad design.

Carece de filtros importantes como tipo de vivienda (loft, adosado, duplex…), altura del inmueble ( bajo, ático..) estado ( obra nueva, a reformar..)

This app was working fine until the most recent update. Now it jumps from the ad you click on to the home page nearly every time. Also it the Habitaclia page keeps popping up and won’t close down easily

La calidad de la app es pésima comparada con idealista. Ni siquiera es nativa y va muy lenta en un iPhone 6s. 

Comparada con la competencia están muy atrasados.
