## What is HabitBank?

HabitBank is a self-management app that turns completed daily tasks into reward time you can spend on social media, video, and other selected apps.

Create tasks for studying, exercise, or anything you want to continue. Complete the full timer to earn reward time based on your effort. Your selected apps remain restricted until you withdraw time from your reward balance.

Key features:
• Create daily tasks with target durations
• Track focused work with a timer
• Earn reward time by completing tasks
• View your current balance and weekly history
• Manage selected apps using Screen Time
• Resume partially completed tasks
• Configure notifications and the daily reset time

All Screen Time features are available for free. The Pro plan only removes advertisements.

Task details and selected-app information are stored on your device and are not sent to third-party servers.
